• The duration of the campaign is from 25 January 2024 to 8 February 2024.
• In order to earn cashback, customer must login or purchase as a registered user.
• The cashback is applicable to one order per user for this campaign.
• Cashback will be credited to your online store credit.
• Cashback amount is applicable on prices without VAT.
• Your store credit will be valid until March 31, 2024.

Cancellation, Exchange and Refund Policy:

• In case of an order cancellation for a refund, the cashback in store credit will be reversed.
• If an order placed using store credit is canceled for refund, the cashback credit will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• In case you choose not to request a refund but express a preference for exchanging the item for another product and request store credit, the value of your original order will be credited to the online store credit. This credit can then be utilized for a subsequent purchase.
• Standard policies applicable on all orders for exchange and returns.
