Exchanges and Returns
You may return or exchange an item for a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided the merchandise is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition.
You cannot exchange items such as, but not limited to, fabric, used furniture, used bedding, duvets, pillows and damaged items. Items with a defect may be repaired, returned, or exchanged if the defect is not caused by misuse or failure to follow due care instructions. These items must have the original receipt.
If a product is faulty, not doing what it is supposed to do or is significantly different from its description/sample, then you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. You can contact Chattels's & More through our website contact form, Email or Customer Care number to request one. If you aren't required to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified via email or phone call.
Refunds are processed as fast as possible following the receipt of your package at our distribution centre. Please allow 15-20 business days after the refund is issued for it to appear on your issuing bank statement.
If you have paid twice for the same transaction due to an error, one transaction amount will be refunded via the same source within 15-20 business days upon investigation.
If you ordered through our website and would like to have your item(s) shipped back to us for a return and refund, please contact our Customer Care team and they will be happy to serve you. You will however have to bear the cost of return shipping.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
