1. Offer Period:

• The offer is valid from 21st March 2025 to 6th April 2025 (inclusive).
• Available for both in-store and online purchases.

2. Eligibility:

• The offer applies to all items in-store and online.
• Cashback vouchers are issued based on the total bill value in multiples of AED 1,000.
• Customers will receive AED 200 cashback for every AED 1,000 spent.

3. Cashback Voucher/Promo Code Issuance:

• In-Store:
  • Customers will receive a physical cashback voucher worth AED 200 or multiples for every AED 1,000 spent, based on the total spend.
  • The cashback voucher will be attached to the sale invoice at the time of purchase and must be provided to redeem the voucher.
• Online
  • Customers will receive an e-commerce promo code worth AED 200 or multiples of it based on the total spend.
  • Promo codes will be sent automatically via email upon order confirmation.

4. Voucher/Promo Code Redemption:

• The cashback voucher/promo code can be redeemed immediately on a separate bill or at a later date.
• The voucher/promo code can only be redeemed in one go; any unused balance will be forfeited.
• The voucher/promo code is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
• The voucher/promo code can be used on any product but cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or membership discounts.

5. Exclusions:

• The voucher/promo code can be redeemed on all items in-store and online, including discounted items.
• The offer is not applicable to purchases made with store credit, gift cards, or vouchers.
• Vouchers generated from e-commerce orders cannot be redeemed in-store.
• If the original order used to generate the voucher is cancelled, the delivery of any order placed using that voucher will only be completed once the voucher value has been paid.

6. General Terms:

• The offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash.
• Chattels & More reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In case of a refund or return, the cashback voucher will be void, and any redeemed amount will be deducted from the refund value.
• By participating in the offer, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

7. Disputes:

• In the event of any dispute, the decision of Chattels & More will be final and binding.
